Returns
Items to be returned must be within 7 calendar days upon receiving. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused in the same condition received, accompanied with the original packaging and the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, a notification with the status of the refund will be sent to the contact information provided after inspection. If the return is approved, a refund or credit will be initiated using the original method of payment. The estimated timeframe of the refund is dependent upon the method of payment policies. Credits are immediate.
Shipping
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are dependent upon the courier chosen to return the item.
